If you choose not to purchase the cow at the final market price, no problem—we’ll offer it to the next person on the waitlist. However, your reservation fee is non-refundable.

How It Works

To secure your spot, you’ll pay a $500 non-refundable reservation fee, which gives you the exclusive right to purchase your cow at market price when it’s ready. If you choose to pass at the time of slaughter, no worries—the cow will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Come spring, you’ll work directly with our trusted processor to decide exactly how you want your beef cut—steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, bones for broth, organ meats—you’re in full control.
