About Us
Own a Cow. Experience the Ranch. Fill Your Freezer.

Let’s paint the picture…
Mark and Patti didn’t grow up on a ranch—but they found their rhythm on one. After years of dreaming, they finally took the leap into homestead farming. This year, they’re raising 10 grass-fed, hormone-free calves right on their property with love, intention, and a whole lot of care.
And now, they’re offering something rare:
The chance to reserve one of these cows before it ever hits the market.
✅ Watch livestreams of your cow grazing on open pasture
✅ Name your cow (yep, some people get real creative)
✅ Tour the ranch with your family
✅ And when the time comes, customize your processing with a local, family-owned butcher in small-town America
When you reserve a cow, you're not just buying beef. You’re stepping into the story.
How It Works
There are only 10 cows available this year.
To secure your spot, you’ll pay a $500 non-refundable reservation fee, which gives you the exclusive right to purchase your cow at market price when it’s ready. If you choose to pass at the time of slaughter, no worries—the cow will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Come spring, you’ll work directly with our trusted processor to decide exactly how you want your beef cut—steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, bones for broth, organ meats—you’re in full control.

What You’re
Getting
This isn’t grocery store beef. This is local, ethical, pasture-raised meat, and you’re part of the entire journey. You’re getting:
-
An authentic farm-to-freezer experience
-
A whole cow, raised without hormones or antibiotics
-
Custom processing with a family-owned butcher
-
Full transparency and traceability from pasture to plate
